INDEMNIFICATION

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute between you and SDVE regarding the content or use of this Web site shall be resolved under the laws and in the courts of the Distrito Federal of Mexico.

NO PRESENCE OUTSIDE MEXICO
Even when SDVE provides advice to clients located in jurisdictions outside of Mexico, SDVE is a Mexican partnership with legal presence solely in Mexico, thus shall not be considered as making representations or providing advise (i) on a law different from Mexican law; and (ii) at any other jurisdiction different from Mexican jurisdiction. The existence of a telephone number with an area code corresponding to, or originating in, a jurisdiction outside of Mexico shall in no way be construed as representing a contact of SVDE in such jurisdiction. SDVE’s failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
