LABOR, IMMIGRATION & SOCIAL SECURITY

  • Support HR department’s with on-going matters including among others, employment agreements, terminations, resignations, fringe benefit planning, etc.
  • Attend labor claims before the Federal and Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards throughout Mexico.
  • Negotiate, execute, litigate and terminate Collective Bargaining Agreements throughout Mexico for companies with different labor unions and labor environments.
  • Advice corporations to minimize the economic impact of employer  contributions to Mexican Social Security Institute (“IMSS”) AND Mandatory Employee Housing (“INFONAVIT”).
  • Defend clients from tax credits issued by the IMSS and INFONAVIT.
  • Handle and process immigration documentation for top-level executives and their families.
  • Resolve controversies related to foreign employees before the National Immigration Institute.
