LABOR, IMMIGRATION & SOCIAL SECURITY
- Support HR department’s with on-going
matters including
among others, employment agreements, terminations,
resignations, fringe benefit planning, etc.
- Attend labor claims before the Federal
and Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards throughout
Mexico.
- Negotiate, execute, litigate and terminate
Collective Bargaining Agreements throughout Mexico
for companies with different labor unions and labor
environments.
- Advice corporations to minimize the
economic impact of employer contributions to Mexican
Social Security Institute (“IMSS”) AND Mandatory Employee
Housing (“INFONAVIT”).
- Defend clients from tax credits issued
by the IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Handle and process immigration documentation
for top-level executives and their families.
- Resolve controversies related to foreign
employees before the National Immigration Institute.
