CORPORATE  GOVERNANCE AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

• Closely work with in-house corporate teams in the design and implementation of compliance operating models with specific goals and objectives in accordance with each enterprise business profile. Implementation of procedures for the tracking and evaluation of such models.
  
• Advice on the selection, appointment and training of relevant individuals in charge of the corporate governance and regulatory compliance programs.
  
• Counsel and support to in-house teams in connection with compliance andor regulatory audits or investigations as well as the legal implications arising thereof.
