  • We have successfully represented clients before Mexico’s Federal Competition Commission (the antitrust agency), filing the various types of concentration notices (e.g. mergers and acquisitions) and notices of corporate restructure; submitting complains for both absolute and relative monopolistic practices (i.e. horizontal and vertical practice violations); or defending them for alleged antitrust practices.
  • We assist our clients engaged in different markets to establish their selling or purchasing policies and revising the distribution methods of their products, to avoid violations to the Mexican Competition Law.
  • We acted as negotiatiors before the Mexican Congress of the amendments to the Mexican Competition Law.
